Okay well I was wondering, what are some safe leg exercises, preferably mainly for the inner thighs?
And by safe I mean, something that wont put any pressure or stress on the baby. I want to keep fit so I can hopefully bounce back to my size after giving birth
Open leg squats (make sure you have a straight back) feet shoulder width apart – squat down till your knees / thighs are at a 90 degree angle. Hold for 3 seconds – raise up slowly & repeat 10 times.
STOP if you feel dizzy.
Hold on to the back of a chair or a couch for stability if you need it.
This also helps with opening the hip structure in preparation for labour.
yoga. it is very helpful when labor comes too
I don’t see how you have the energy hahah
Take a look at Fit Pregnancy for this information. Breastfeeding will help you to bounce back more quickly.
