most will tell you only between 25-30 lbs. i was at average weight, very healthy and active, but still gained 65 lbs so go figure! everyone is different and it is really hard to tell.
yes exercise should be limited…mostly to walking, bike riding, and stretching. swimming is very good also
most women put on about 4lbs in the first trimester and then 1 lb week for the next 3 months and about 10lb in the last trimester. everyones different tho.
moderate exercise is ok but when in the later stages dont be rock climbing!!!! or 100m sprinting xx
about 20-25 lbs. is normal. you can exersize to an extent don’t do squats and stuff like that but upper body, walking and swimming are great things to do while pregnant . or pregnant yoga.. good stuff.
1. every person and every pregnancy is different. (I gained 18 lbs with my first, 20 with my 2nd, and now I’m over 50 lbs with my 3rd) I started at the same weight with all 3. Your Dr. will tellyou to gain between 20 – 30 lbs the entire pregnancy. You can develop many different symptoms/ pregnancy diseases that can cause you to gain or loose weight too. Lke I said it just depends on your pregnancy.
2. You will find that you will become tired easily and want to to slow down on how much excercise you are doing. It all depends on your body during your pregnancy. My fisrt 2 I worked out the whole time, no problems. my 3rd I have been so sick between morning sickness and asthma, I haven’t been able to do hardly any excercise. There is also a limit to your heart rate, I forget what it is since I’ve been laid up for 35 weeks.
