Is it still beneficial to start eating healthier at 28 weeks pregnancy?

I have tried to eat healthy but have always sneaked in a little junk food in my daily diet! I feel so guilty and want to make some changed.Will eating healthy during my last trimester make a big difference?

    Don’t feel so guilty!
    I’m the one telling everyone my ‘healthy pregnancy secrets’ to staying thin, who was up at 3am in the car with her fiance buying hot chips then coming home, warming up chocolate in the microwave and pouring it over them!
    But its always benefitial to eat healthy, sure.

    its never too late to start doing something healthy in pregnancy. Dont worry i think junk food is all our down fall in pregnancy. I live in a country at the moment where i can get 24 hour mc Donald’s delivery to my front door. it is seriously not a good combinations!!!!

    Dont be Guilty about that
    at any stage in the pregnancy it will benefit the baby with healthy food
    because ALL the time the baby survives by what You eat and will benefit from the Nutrients Of your diet right Up until you give Birth
    A bit of Junk Food or a take away isnt Going to Harm the baby, dont be stressing yourself out , you sound to be doing great
